Welcome to Fighting to Be Kind

This is a space for higher thinking and better living — and for the work that actually gets you there.

If you found your way here, chances are you've read one of the books, walked through one of the courses, or caught something on the blog that stuck with you. This forum is where that conversation keeps going. It's where we take the ideas off the page and into real life: the pivots, the hard calls, the quiet rebuilds nobody claps for.

What we talk about here is simple, and it's everything — ethics, morals, and intentional behavior change. How to act with integrity when it costs you something. How to be the same person in every room. How to grow at any age, through any storm, and come out kinder instead of harder. Ask the real questions. Bring the ones from the books, the courses, and the blog. Bring the ones from your own life, too. Nothing's too big, and nothing's beneath this room.

A few things hold this place together: we come in curious, we stay respectful, and we assume the best in each other. Disagree all you want — do it like a person who's trying to understand, not win. This is a brotherhood of people doing the inner work, and that work goes better when the room is safe.

One ask, and I mean it: this is not a marketplace. No sales pitches, no promotions, no "DM me for an opportunity," no links to your product, your coaching funnel, or your crypto. Posts that are transactional or solicitory will be removed, and repeat offenders will be too. Protect the signal. Keep this a place for real conversation, not for selling to each other.

Glad you're here. Let's think higher and live better — together.

How can I improve my tort law assignment writing?

Writing a tort law answer is harder for me than learning the basic rules. I know some students who have talked about a Tort Law Assignment Writer when discussing ways to improve their assignments. I want to learn how to explain cases and legal rules in a clear order. Sometimes I include too many details and lose track of the main point. What tips would help me make my tort law assignments clearer and easier to follow?

Hello.

Not providing your name is...Red Flag #1.

Respectfully, your post has no relevance to the service FTBK is providing and is Red Flag #2. If you are here to discuss thinking higher/living better, I welcome you. This is an intentional behavior change platform and discussion group. Tort law is not of interest here and there are many other social formats for you to discuss it on.

Kindest,

Scott
